Dearmora offers personalized and custom-made gifts designed to celebrate meaningful people, moments, and memories.

By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on our website.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, colors, sizes, designs, and personalization options as accurately as possible.

However, please note that product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or production differences. Minor variations in placement, color, size, or print appearance may occur because many of our products are made to order.

These small variations are normal for personalized and custom-made products and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

3. Personalized & Custom Products

Many Dearmora products are personalized or custom-made based on the information you provide at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization details before placing your order, including but not limited to:

  • Names
  • Dates
  • Photos
  • Messages
  • Product options
  • Colors
  • Sizes
  • Shipping information

We produce personalized items based on the information submitted by the customer. Dearmora is not responsible for customer input errors, such as misspelled names, incorrect dates, low-quality images, wrong product options, or incorrect shipping addresses.

Once an order has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

4. Customer-Provided Content

If you upload or submit any photo, name, message, design, text, or other content for personalization, you confirm that you have the right to use that content.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive, harmful, abusive, infringing, misleading, or violates the rights of any third party.

By submitting content to Dearmora, you grant us and our trusted production partners permission to use that content solely for the purpose of creating, fulfilling, and delivering your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or request changes to any order containing content that we believe is inappropriate, unlawful, or violates these Terms.

5. Order Processing & Production

Most personalized items are made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Production time may vary depending on the product, design complexity, order volume, production location, and current availability.

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after purchase.

Some items are made and shipped by our U.S. production partners and may arrive sooner. Other personalized items may be produced by our trusted overseas production partners and can take 10–20 business days, especially during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses, holidays, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.

7. Tracking Information

Tracking is included with every order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.

If your tracking appears delayed or has not updated for several days, please contact us at support@dearmora.com with your order number so we can assist you.

8. Order Changes

If you need to change your personalization details, product option, or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If your order has not entered production or has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. However, once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

9. Order Cancellations

Because personalized items are made to order, orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

After this cancellation window, your order may already be in production and can no longer be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@dearmora.com with your order number as soon as possible.

10. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because personalized and custom items are made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer input errors or changes of mind.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Misspelled names
  • Wrong dates
  • Incorrect photos
  • Wrong product options
  • Wrong color or size selection
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Changes of mind after purchase

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dearmora.com.

Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, clear photos of the packaging if applicable, and a brief description of the issue.

After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

11. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, please contact us so we can review the situation and help you with the next steps.

12. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to update product prices, discounts, promotions, or shipping fees at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

13. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotions, or special offers.

Promotions may be limited by time, product, order value, customer eligibility, or other conditions. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and may not be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse promotions at any time if misuse, abuse, or error is suspected.

All content on the Dearmora website, including text, images, graphics, product designs, branding, logos, layout, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Dearmora and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Customer-submitted content remains yours. However, by submitting content for personalization, you grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your order.
