Return & Refund Policy

At Dearmora, every personalized item is made with care by our trusted production partners. Because many of our products are custom-made, please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Personalized & Custom Items

Because personalized and custom items are made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer input errors, including but not limited to:

  • Misspelled names
  • Wrong dates
  • Incorrect photos
  • Wrong product options
  • Wrong color or size selection
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Changes of mind after purchase

If your order has already entered production, we may not be able to make changes, cancel the order, or offer a refund for customer input errors.

Order Changes

If you need to change your personalization details, product option, or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at:

support@dearmora.com

If your order has not entered production or has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellations

Because personalized items are made to order, orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

After this cancellation window, your order may already be in production and can no longer be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@dearmora.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email us at support@dearmora.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow a few extra business days for the carrier to update the delivery status.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at support@dearmora.com so we can review the tracking information and help you with the next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, please contact us so we can review the situation and help you with the next steps.

Returns

Because personalized and custom items are made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.

Non-personalized items, if available, may be eligible for return depending on the item condition and return request. Please contact us first before sending any item back.

Items sent back to us without first requesting support may not be accepted.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
