At Dearmora, every personalized item is made with care by our trusted production partners. Because many of our products are custom-made, production and delivery times may vary depending on the item, design, and production location.
Order Processing & Production Time
Most personalized items are made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after purchase.
Some items are made and shipped by our U.S. production partners and may arrive sooner. Other personalized items may be produced by our trusted overseas production partners and can take 10–20 business days, especially during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, and external conditions.
Where Are Products Made and Shipped From?
We work with trusted production partners in the U.S. and overseas. The production location may vary depending on the product, design, and current availability.
This means some items may ship from within the United States, while others may ship from international production facilities.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking is included with every order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package. Please allow a little time for the tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.
Why Shipping Might Take Longer
In some cases, shipping may take longer due to factors outside our control, including:
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Holiday or peak-season volume
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- International shipping disruptions

Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@dearmora.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Ordering for a Special Date
If you are ordering for a birthday, holiday, anniversary, or other special occasion, we recommend placing your order early.
Because personalized items require production time before shipping, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless clearly stated on the product page or confirmed by our support team.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If your tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow a few extra business days for the carrier to update the delivery status.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, please contact us so we can review the situation and help you with the next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dearmora.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
