Tracking may take a few business days to update after the carrier receives your parcel. If there is still no movement after several business days, please contact our support team.

Shipping origins vary by product and destination. Your order confirmation and tracking page will show the available delivery details.
Why have I not received an order confirmation?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If the email is not there, contact support with the email address used at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Because our products are made to order, production usually takes 3-5 business days. After production, estimated delivery is 10-12 business days for the United States, 12-15 business days for EU, AU, and CA, and 15-20 business days for the rest of the world. Tracking is sent by email once your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Dearmora ships worldwide! Delivery times and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What is your return policy?
Because personalized items are made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer input errors, personalization mistakes, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will make it right with a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
Can I know the estimated delivery time before ordering?
Yes. Please check the product page for the estimated delivery time. If you’re ordering for a birthday, holiday, anniversary, or special occasion, we recommend placing your order early.
Can I change my personalization after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered production, we’ll do our best to update it. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Personalized orders can usually be changed or canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and changes may no longer be possible.

Because personalized items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer input errors, such as misspelled names, wrong dates, incorrect photos, or wrong shipping information. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, we’ll make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
